Job summary

Ladders is seeking a SVP, Global Head of Regional People Partners to shape and scale a worldwide People Partner organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will align enterprise people strategy with regional needs, oversee employee relations, governance, and workforce strategy, and partner with senior executives in a complex global environment.

The role demands 15+ years in leadership roles, a deep HR background, and a track record of transformation and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People Partner leadership experience in global organizations.
• Experience leading People Partner teams and collaborating with senior executives.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, M&A, and change management.
• Strong understanding of global employment law and regulatory environments.
• Proven success in leading transformation, restructuring, or integration initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Regional People Partners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
• Drive alignment and adoption of enterprise people strategies while ensuring regional relevance.
• Establish operating standards and governance for a consistent employee experience globally.
• Foster a high-performing People Partner organization through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Execute a global employee relations strategy to promote positive employee experiences and mitigate risks.
• Provide oversight of complex employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and lead the development of people policies.
