Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. in New York is seeking an experienced SVP, Global Head of Regional People Partners to lead a global team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, driving people strategies, employee relations, performance management, and policy governance.

You will partner with senior leaders on complex workforce matters, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational change, ensuring a consistent employee experience while balancing regional requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People Partner leadership experience in global organizations.
• Experience leading People Partner teams and partnering with senior executives.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, M&A and change management.
• Strong understanding of global employment law and regulatory environments.
• Proven success leading transformation, restructuring, or integration initiatives.
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Regional People Partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Drive alignment, consistency, and adoption of enterprise People strategies worldwide.
• Establish governance and service delivery models for a consistent employee experience.
• Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and workforce risk management.
• Guide leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and change initiatives.
• Lead due diligence and workforce integration for mergers and acquisitions.
