Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking a VP, People to translate business priorities into a scalable global People strategy. You will lead HR Business Partnership, global associate experience, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive workforce planning, leadership development, and governance for People programs while balancing local requirements with a global playbook.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/People experience with leadership responsibility across multiple disciplines.
• Global HR experience supporting associates/leaders across countries or regions.
• Experience leading HR Business Partners and multiple HR functions.
• Strong business judgment and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop key People functions, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution.
• Build an integrated People operating model connecting partnership, recruiting, associate experience, and performance.
• Coach People leaders and teams, strengthening capability and ownership across the function.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Oversee global associate experience strategy, onboarding, engagement, and communications.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent needs.
