Job summary

IREN seeks a senior supply chain leader to design and run its warehousing, inventory control, and domestic/international logistics for U.S. data center builds in Ft Worth, TX.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple sites. You will lead a cross-functional team, implement WMS/ERP integrations, and partner with Procurement, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Center Operations, Asset Management, IT, and Finance to optimize material flow and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 12+ years in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, data center or mission-critical infra programs.
• Strong track record in global freight, customs/trade compliance, and heavy-haul domestic transport.
• Proven ability to build and scale warehousing networks in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, stand up, and manage a network of warehouses and staging facilities for U.S. data center projects.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and KPI programs for turns, fill rate, shrinkage.
• Lead platform selection and rollout of inventory management, WMS, and CMMS/EAM integrations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Construction, IT, and Finance to align material logistics with budgets.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and manage a national/domestic transportation strategy.
