Job summary

IREN, a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, seeks a leader to own workforce housing and site logistics for Texas data centers. You will forecast demand, source accommodations, and manage complex vendor relationships across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in large-scale housing/logistics, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with rural Texas real estate. This role is onsite with opportunities to drive major capex and opex decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years in workforce housing, camp operations, or site logistics on large-scale projects.
Direct experience sourcing accommodation solutions, leases, or camp vendors.
Experience managing multi-site, multi-thousand person workforces with safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

Forecast housing demand by site and phase, coordinating with Construction and Project Controls 12–24 months out.
Evaluate, source, and negotiate site solutions and long-term lease terms with providers.
Run RFPs and lead commercial negotiations with owners, operators, and modular housing providers.
Identify cross-site synergies to share resources and reduce spend across markets.
Own vendor relationships, budget ownership, and cost-per-bed economics.
