Job summary

Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms; MS Excel proficiency preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and best practices.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material issuance.
Lead and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow, coverage, and alignment with site demands.
Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and safe warehouse environment.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accurate, timely processing of deliveries, shipments, returns, transfers, and project-related movements.
Execute inventory controls, including stock issuance, cycle counts, reconciliations, ERP transactions, and material tracking.
