Job summary

IREN seeks a Director to modernize its global supply chain systems, including ERP, PLM, P2P and planning. You will lead a team of program managers and work with IT, engineering, finance, legal, and operations to map capabilities and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

The role requires extensive ERP/PLM/SCM leadership, change management, and the ability to drive AI-enabled capabilities across multi-site operations. Hybrid work and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain technology leadership experience.
• Proven success leading ERP/PLM/SCM/Finance implementations and integrations.
• Strong ERP operations knowledge and analytics platforms.
• Experience with data center operations and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on in supply chain processes for compute, storage, networking, and CM/ODM/JDM.
• Experience implementing S&OP and IBP processes with system support.
• Experience managing systems vendors and partners with accountability for cost, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop IREN’s Digital Supply Chain strategy with the Sr. Director and own the system roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain systems PM team with KPIs and governance.
• Partner with internal teams to translate processes into prioritized implementations.
