Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Head of Everest Underwriting Partners to lead strategic vision, portfolio management, and profitable growth across programs. This executive role drives capital deployment, governance, and partnerships with MGAs, MGUs, and distribution networks.

You will collaborate with actuarial, risk, and legal teams to ensure underwriting discipline, performance, and compliance, while shaping multi-year plans and market opportunities.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in P&C Insurance in North America.
Deep knowledge of delegated authority distribution.
Strong leadership in portfolio strategy and underwriting management.
Proven ability to develop and manage Sales and Distribution channels.

Responsibilities

Define underwriting strategy, risk appetite, and growth priorities across all programs.
Lead development and execution of annual and multi-year business plans.
Partner with actuarial, reinsurance, and underwriting leadership on performance and risks.
Oversee governance, regulatory compliance, and portfolio analytics.
Represent Everest externally as a market leader within delegated authority.
