Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Vice President, Governance and Control, to lead and advance risk governance initiatives within TD Securities, focusing on end-to-end scenario analysis and risk profile management for the CIB and Global Markets businesses. The role emphasizes strong collaboration with risk management, 1LOD, and audit peers to embed risk controls across domains.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of work experience managing operational risk programs, including scenario analysis and risk profile implementation.
Strong knowledge of governance and risk control procedures, analytics and data management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end TDS Scenario Analysis program for the 1LOD across the organization.
Roll out the TDS US Risk Profile framework across major risk categories (financial / non-financial / strategic).
Build, improve, and maintain centralized data and metrics inventory including KRIs and risk profiles.
Partner with the business to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage exposures.
