You will translate business goals into scalable hiring strategies, partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, and build world-class pipelines across AI, data, engineering, and corporate teams.

You will drive data-informed decisions, optimize recruiting operations, and ensure a superior candidate experience while fostering diversity and high performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Progressive talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech, data, or AI environments.
• Senior leadership experience.
