This strategic, commercially minded leader will shape global sourcing, strengthen supplier partnerships, and protect continuity of supply across a globally dispersed organization.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in metal commodities, global market awareness, and a track record translating market intelligence into business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-region or global purchasing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global purchasing strategy aligned with the Fluid Division's growth and objectives.
• Drive metal commodity strategy for steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and related components.
• Strengthen the global supply base through supplier segmentation and executive-level relationships.
• Deliver cost competitiveness via value engineering, should-cost modeling, and TCO analyses.
• Support growth and program execution with sourcing strategies for new-business opportunities.
• Build supply-chain resilience with risk management and continuity planning.
• Develop a high-performing global organization of commodity managers and sourcing professionals.
