Qualifications

• 15 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry with operational leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractual obligations and customer accounts.
• Excellent motivation, team building and leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of assets, resources, technology and processes for designated customer portfolio.
• Oversee strategic planning, direction and support for business initiatives and SAM programs.
• Direct the customer account globally, setting expectations and ensuring adherence to the operations manual.
• Manage delivery against metrics, milestones and contractual obligations for a portfolio of projects.
• Act as primary operational management contact and escalate issues with action plans.
• Review pipeline, forecast resource needs and support quarterly development of plans.
