Merck is seeking a dedicated Contracts & Budgets professional to manage contract lifecycles for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations. The role requires negotiating site agreements, budgets, and related documents while coordinating with clinical operations, finance, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in contract/budget negotiation, and a JD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or budgets.
• JD degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute required site agreements and associated budgets.
• Coordinate with CRM/CTC/CRA/COM-R for Site Ready Deliverables.
• Perform quality control checks of agreements prior to execution.
• Liaise with Finance/Legal to issue contingency approvals and amend agreements as needed.
• Develop SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
• Influence investigators and external partners to deliver contracts on fair market value.
