Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Security Engineering to lead a globally distributed security organization protecting Slack and Salesforce.

You will own platform defense, incident response, product security, identity, and AI/agent security, partnering across Slack and Salesforce to keep Slack the most trusted platform for humans and autonomous agents. This role requires 15+ years in cybersecurity with 8+ in senior leadership, a track record transforming enterprise SaaS security

Qualificações

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience across multiple domains.
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing managers and leaders.
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise security programs.
• Crisis management and incident response leadership at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive end-to-end Slack Security program across Platform Defense, Product Security, Infrastructure Protection, IAM, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response.
• Scale a globally distributed security engineering org, hiring and developing senior leaders and ICs.
• Serve as Incident Commander for critical incidents with executive-level guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to champion Slack Security.
• Benchmark posture against industry peers and promote a world-class security program.
• Cultivate security culture across the engineering org with training and tooling.
