TikTok is seeking a Head of Product Communications - Trust & Safety, AI & Technology Communications in San Jose to lead product narratives and launch communications. The role partners with product, legal, policy, and regional teams to drive messaging alignment and proactive storytelling across markets.

The leader will craft strategic communications, manage risk, and build strong relationships with senior product and business executives while guiding communications across time zones and regions.

Formación

• Extensive product communications experience, ideally within technology/consumer technology companies.
• Proven track record leading high-profile launches in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong ability to translate product strategy into clear narratives for media, policymakers, and internal partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global comms strategies for product launches, features, and moments.
• Define clear product narratives aligning with business priorities for diverse audiences.
• Partner with product, marketing, legal, policy, and regional teams for messaging alignment.
• Build trusted relationships with senior product leaders and provide strategic counsel on opportunities and risks.
• Drive end-to-end comms planning for launches including press strategy and exec talking points.
• Strengthen the risk review process to address reputational considerations and compliance.
• Develop scalable frameworks to improve cross-functional coordination and launch readiness.
• Translate complex product features and policies into clear, audience-relevant materials.
• Provide leadership across regions/time zones and monitor external landscape for proactive planning.
