Job summary

TikTok seeks a Global Head of Long-Term Containment in Trust & Safety to own the strategy across prioritised harm areas and lead a multi-region leadership team. You will drive long-term mitigations, partner with Prevention teams, and report to senior leadership on risk and enforcement improvements.

The role requires extensive experience in Trust & Safety, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale processes and teams globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk, or adjacent integrity domains.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading larger organisations across regions.
• Demonstrated experience owning enforcement or risk strategy across several harm areas at scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills to influence senior leaders.
• Preferred: data fluency and ability to partner with Data Science, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the global long-term containment strategy across prioritised harm verticals.
• Lead and grow a team of leaders and managers across regions.
• Drive delivery for headline outcomes: escalation reduction, prevalence, and recidivism.
• Evolve the Long-Term Containment operating model with trend-led mitigations.
• Partner with Prevention teams to close containment gaps and drive systemic fixes.
• Represent the function to senior leadership and external safety coalitions.
