Job summary

Rondo Energy seeks a Head of People to lead the global People function as the company scales across commercial, engineering, manufacturing and project-delivery operations. Reporting to the CFO, this role develops and executes the global people strategy and creates a cohesive employee experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience including senior leadership.
• Experience advising executives and translating business strategy to HR priorities.
• Significant international HR experience across multiple regions.
• Expertise in cross-border employment, immigration, and global mobility.
• Experience spanning both tech and industrial/manufacturing HR practices.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global people strategy aligned with company growth.
• Advise executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture.
• Scale the People Operations function and manage the Senior Manager of People Operations.
• Oversee international HR operations, compliance, and external partnerships.
• Build scalable programs in performance, compensation, benefits, and engagement.
• Provide hands-on HR partnership to engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Lead complex employee-relations matters with sound judgment.
• Advance HRIS, analytics, reporting, and responsible use of AI.
