Job summary

RZR Global Inc. seeks a Global Head of People to own People Operations across the US and EMEA, partnering with the CEO and COO on global People strategy and consolidating the function under a single owner.

You will lead a high-ownership, high-discretion team responsible for hiring quality, performance consistency, and organizational health. You will coordinate with India and China HRBP counterparts to maintain global standards while driving rapid growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR and People Ops experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership at global or multi-region scale.
• Strong structured hiring expertise — loops, scorecards, leveling — with a track record of running a global HC process.
• Strong process discipline and comfort enforcing standards with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of US federal and state employment law; working knowledge of EU and UK employment, GDPR, and works councils.
• Experience with performance systems, manager development, and org design at high-growth scale.
• Exceptional communication, judgment, and stakeholder management; executive presence.
• High ownership, pace, and execution rigor — comfort making hard talent calls and upgrading leadership when scale demands it.

Responsibilities

• Lead US and EMEA People Operations and contribute to global People strategy.
• Consolidate the global People function and define operating model with regional leads.
• Partner with CEO and COO to build a scalable, high-performance People function.
• Coach managers and leaders across the company and serve as the senior People voice on the executive team.
• Drive performance management cycles and ensure global consistency in leveling and feedback standards.
• Develop onboarding, culture-building, and internal mobility aligned with the 2030 plan.
• Ensure compliance with US, EU, and UK employment laws and GDPR.
