Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Thought partner to senior executives and leadership teams, shaping decisions.
• Deep strength in organization design, talent strategy, performance, and ER.
• Global experience partnering with regional People teams across borders.
• Able to translate strategy into actionable plans and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for R&D globally, partnering with the CPO on organization design and talent strategy.
• Lead workforce planning and leadership capability initiatives across the R&D org.
• Manage performance, employee relations end-to-end and navigate complex ER matters with Legal and regional teams.
• Shape the organization for future growth by advising on structure, spans, roles, and talent investments.
• Coach executives and managers to raise the performance bar and build high-performing teams.
• Help build and improve global People programs like onboarding, performance reviews and manager enablement.
• Turn strategic problems into executable workstreams with clear plans and ownership.
• Coordinate with regional People leaders to ensure a cohesive global approach while respecting local differences.
