Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of backend and mobile engineers to ship code and solve hard problems.
• Mentor team members, guide careers, and assign projects aligned with goals.
• Set technical vision and strategy for an evolving product area.
• Co-own product strategy with product partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Balance sustainable, high-impact work with rapid shipping and experimentation.
