Responsibilities

• Own HR and people operations across the US and Europe (employee lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, HR ops)
• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into execution plans
• Support workforce planning and organizational scaling across regions
• Ensure consistency in HR processes while adapting to local compliance needs
• Act as a key point of contact for employees across geographies
• Help build scalable HR systems, policies, and workflows
• Manage cross-border coordination, documentation, and operational support
• Drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal handholding
• Gradually take on broader business and operational responsibilities
