NinjaTrader is seeking a Sr. Director of Acquisition Marketing to own paid acquisition at scale and steer a seven-figure monthly media budget across markets.

You will shape the global strategy, drive performance, and lead a team of marketers and agency partners toward expanding NinjaTrader’s footprint from the US into Europe and beyond. Formación

• 12+ years in growth or performance marketing with leadership experience.
• Ownership of paid acquisition at scale with budget, team, and results.
• Experience managing seven figures+ monthly media spend and strong unit economics.
• Deep expertise across web and mobile paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, influencer/affiliate, iOS, Android).
• Experience building marketing teams and managing agency/platform partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year vision and strategy for paid acquisition and translate into annual plans.
• Own seven-figure monthly media budget with market/channel allocation and in-year reforecasting.
• Drive acquisition performance with CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback analyses.
• Present performance, strategy, and investment cases to the Marketing leadership and executive team.
• Lead and grow the performance marketing team, including hiring and structure.
• Oversee agency and platform partners, terms, performance standards, and scalability decisions.
• Lead a rigorous experimentation and measurement program with Analytics and Data Science involvement.
• Design growth loops integrating paid, organic, content, and SEO programs.
