NinjaTrader, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a Sr. Director, Acquisition Marketing to own paid acquisition strategy, budget and team. You will expand from the US to Europe and rest of world, building compliant, scalable programs while leading agencies and partners.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in D2C subscription-based or fintech businesses.
• Proven ownership of a paid acquisition function at scale, with accountability for budget, team, and results.
• Experience building paid acquisition in new international markets from the ground up, including market selection and regulatory navigation.
• Track record managing seven figures or more in monthly media spend with strong unit economics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the acquisition function and its strategy.
• Own acquisition performance against growth and efficiency targets with fluency in CPA, CAC, LTV, payback period, and marginal CAC analysis.
• Lead the buildout of paid acquisition across Europe and rest of world from standing start.
• Build partnerships and internal capability to run acquisition outside the US.
• Manage a team of performance marketers and a portfolio of agency and platform partners.
• Own acquisition reporting end to end and present to executives.
