Job summary

NinjaTrader is seeking a Sr. Director, Acquisition Marketing to lead paid acquisition strategy and scale a seven-figure monthly budget across markets. You will own the expansion from the US to Europe and beyond, shaping channel mix, measurement, and governance with the Marketing leadership team.

You will build and lead a team of performance marketers, manage partners, and drive cross-functional initiatives, delivering growth with a data-driven, customer-centric approach across global markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, including time leading teams.
• Ownership of a paid acquisition function at scale with budget and results responsibility.
• Track record managing seven figures+ monthly media spend with strong unit economics.
• Expertise across web and mobile paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, influencer/affiliate, iOS, Android).

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision and operating strategy for paid acquisition with annual plans and targets.
• Own seven-figure monthly media budget across markets and channels with in-year reforecasting.
• Drive acquisition performance with CPA, CAC, LTV, payback, and margin analysis.
• Lead acquisition voice on Marketing leadership team and present to the executive team.
• Develop and grow a performance marketing team and manage agency/partner relationships.
• Oversee experimentation and measurement across paid channels and collaboration with Analytics.
• Design growth loops integrating paid, organic, content, and SEO programs.
