You will provide strategic and technical leadership for packaging commercialization, technology transfers and lifecycle management, coordinating with R&D, manufacturing sites and external partners to ensure regulatory readiness and patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, engineering or technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing global technical, engineering, manufacturing or program-management organizations.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical packaging development, commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in project and program management; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global MSAT Packaging strategy, innovation roadmap and capability development.
• Lead global packaging programs with portfolio prioritization, budget management and milestones.
• Oversee packaging commercialization, qualification, transfers and manufacturing implementation.
• Establish governance and collaboration between R&D, Wave 1/2+ launches and lifecycle management.
• Drive packaging lifecycle management across sites and CMOs for cost optimization and resilience.
• Develop and harmonize global packaging standards, procedures and best practices.
• Champion sustainable, patient-centric packaging and material optimization.
• Build and lead a high-performing global organization and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment and risk management.
