You will influence technology choices, develop technical standards, and supervise cross-functional programs while ensuring compliance, travel readiness, and an agile mindset across global operations.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in scientific discipline with a minimum of 5 years direct industry experience.
• Master's degree in scientific discipline with a minimum of 10 years direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline with a minimum of 14 years direct industry experience, plus leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical and scientific expert for MSAT and Global Supply leadership.
• Lead development and deployment of technical solutions for process optimization and analytical methods.
• Mentor MSAT teams and lead cross-functional projects with scope, budget, and schedule accountability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
