Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the transformation of iGaming operations into a globally scalable, standardized model. You will define operating frameworks and drive multi-market delivery with a focus on growth, efficiency, and governance.

You will build and lead a high-performing global operations organization, ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence and continuous improvement across products and platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or program leadership, with iGaming or digital platforms experience.
• Proven track record in large-scale operational transformation and building scalable operating models.
• Strong experience with Agile at scale, governance, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and evolution of iGaming operations to a globally scalable, standardized model.
• Define operating frameworks to support growth, complexity, and multi-market delivery.
• Identify gaps, drive efficiency, accountability, and transparency improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement, operational rigor, and delivery within the field.
• Build and lead a high-performing global operations organization to support growth.
• Establish ownership models, governance, and decision-making frameworks.
• Drive alignment across regions and functions for consistent execution.
• Develop future leaders and strengthen capability in operations and delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery excellence across iGaming products and platforms.
• Implement scalable delivery frameworks, governance, and tooling for predictability.
• Define and track benchmarks such as release predictability, cycle time, and SLA adherence.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
