Aristocrat is seeking a Director of Operations to advance and scale our global iGaming operations. You will drive delivery maturity, ensure compliance, and partner with multiple teams to accelerate content and platform capabilities.

You will lead the development of a scalable, data-driven operating model, embed a culture of excellence, and build a high-performing global operations organization to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations, delivery, or program leadership in iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational transformation in global orgs.
• Hist of building scalable operating models and high-performing teams.
• Strong experience with Agile at scale and governance models.
• Ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Commitment to action, results, and continuous improvement.

• Lead transformation of iGaming operations to a globally scalable model.
• Define operating frameworks for growth, complexity, and multi-market delivery.
• Identify gaps and drive efficiency, accountability, and transparency.
