Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7 years' experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years' experience leading in logistics/distribution/supply chain operations.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction, operation, compliance and financial results for a designated operation.
• Serve as primary interface for proposal approvals and contract negotiations.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, ISO programs and continuous improvement.
• Develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business.
• Ensure adherence to corporate mission, vision and values while meeting client and company expectations.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget.
• Maintain safety and security of the operation.
• Mentor and develop site leadership; succession planning.
• Communicate the mission, vision, and values to motivate staff.
