SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, is seeking a Senior Designer, Creative in Needham, MA. You will shape visual identities for premium brand portfolios, blending packaging, digital commerce, and rapid execution.

You’ll collaborate upstream with copywriters, art directors, and engineers, building scalable visual systems, driving concept development, and mentoring a high-velocity team in an AI‑native workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic or digital design in fast-paced environments.
• Elite, multi-channel portfolio with packaging, motion, and e‑commerce.
• Ability to build design systems and reusable toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable visual ecosystems across packaging, web, retail, and social.
• Partner with copywriters and art directors on multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead design execution with typography, layout, color, and assets.
• Champion AI-native workflows with Figma and AI tools.
• Direct production for photo and video assets.
• Mentor junior designers in Needham studio.
