Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Communications & Employer Branding to lead internal communications and tell our employer story across channels in the United States. You will stay hands-on and guide a team responsible for newsletters, intranet content, executive messages, and employee storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting internal communications programs within HR, marketing, or corporate communications
• 4+ years of leadership experience coaching and developing experienced individual contributors
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, reputation management, or employee advocacy programs preferred
• Hands-on experience using generative AI in communications with judgment on human review and ownership

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to create key messaging for town halls, leadership updates, and all-staff communications
• Advise the CPO and executive team on communication strategy for mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and culture initiatives
• Write, edit, and publish newsletters, intranet posts, leadership messages, and announcements with accuracy and consistency
• Develop and share our Employer Value Proposition and create employer brand content with Talent Acquisition
• Own our reputation channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and lead internal storytelling initiatives
• Lead and coach a team of communications and branding professionals and translate insights into action plans
