Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the IT talent space, seeks a Senior Manager, Employee Communications & Employer Branding to shape how the company speaks to employees and external talent. The role partners with executives to ensure messages are clear, consistent, and aligned to business priorities.

You will lead a team of communications professionals, translate engagement insights into action, and strengthen the employer brand across channels, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn, while driving change programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications within HR, marketing, or corporate communications.
• 4+ years of leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Experience in employee experience, culture, and inclusion initiatives.
• Hands-on use of generative AI in communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Proven background in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to craft messaging for town halls and leadership updates.
• Advise on communication strategies for major organizational changes.
• Write and publish newsletters and announcements, ensuring content accuracy.
• Develop the Employer Value Proposition and create employer brand content.
• Manage reputation channels like Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
• Lead a team of communications professionals and translate engagement insights into action plans.
