Job summary

Simpro Software in Miami seeks a data-driven Director of Digital Demand Generation to build and scale a global digital acquisition engine. You will own paid search, ABM programs and measurement, turning investments into qualified pipeline and revenue.

The ideal leader combines strategic vision with deep executional expertise in Google Ads, Terminus ABM, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing and Sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital demand generation or growth marketing, preferably B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years leading teams, agencies or cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on Google Ads expertise including Search and Performance Max.
• Experience with Terminus ABM platform and sales activation.
• Strong ABM, intent data and campaign orchestration skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global digital demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social and display.
• Own Google Ads strategy: architecture, bidding, targeting, landing-page testing and budgeting.
• Lead Terminus ABM programs: account segmentation, engagement, and sales activation.
• Create coordinated campaigns across priority accounts to drive pipeline.
• Manage digital budgets and allocate investment by pipeline contribution and priorities.
• Set performance targets for MQLs, opportunities, pipeline and CAC.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution and lead routing.
• Partner with regional teams to translate growth priorities into campaigns.
• Experiment and optimize landing pages and conversion paths (A/B testing).
• Identify new channels and tech to expand demand beyond paid search.
• Coach a high-performing digital demand team and manage partners.
• Present results and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
