Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to architect and run the global pipeline engine. You will lead campaign strategy, ABM, partner marketing, events, and the sales development organization to convert demand into pipeline and bookings.

The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and requires building international market plans, owning the end-to-end demand budget, and aligning with Sales, Partner, and Product Marketing teams. Dallas hybrid work location.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• 8+ years leading demand generation in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Experience across Americas and international markets
• Leadership of a sales development organization or close partnership with SDRs
• Proven ABM design and scaling for enterprise accounts
• Partner or channel marketing experience including MDF management
• Experience owning an events portfolio at scale
• Customer marketing or installed-base demand experience recommended
• Expert funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign ROI
• Hands-on with AI tools in demand generation

Responsibilities

• Own the global campaign strategy, calendar, channel mix, and offer architecture
• Set and deliver pipeline targets by region, segment, and industry
• Build for international markets with regional channel mix and localized buy strategies
• Own the demand budget end to end
• Build and run ABM for strategic/named accounts
• Pair ABM with matched SDR coverage
• Lead global events portfolio and measure pipeline impact
• Lead a global marketing organization with forecast discipline
• Partner across Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Communications, Marketing Ops, and Analytics
• Represent the demand engine to the executive team with data-driven insights
