Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a global events team, define strategy for marquee moments, and own a multi‑million‑dollar budget across CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll coordinate with executives and cross‑functional partners to maximize brand impact and pipeline influence.

You will manage a 4–5 person team, travel to key events, forecast and report budget performance, and drive scalable event playbooks that align with GTM goals in a remote‑first

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals, setting goals, providing coaching, and building a strong team culture.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Cribl’s tentpole events: CriblCon, annual Company Kickoff, and annual President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12-14 shows per year).
• Own and manage a multi-million dollar events budget with cross-functional reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership to plan high-visibility moments and ensure on-site impact.
