Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a 4–5 person team and shape the global events strategy. You’ll own flagship events, manage a multi‑million dollar budget, and partner with executives to ensure high‑impact moments across a 12–14 show calendar.

This remote‑first role requires building scalable processes, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and traveling ~40% to deliver best‑in‑class experiences that drive brand and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years of direct team management experience.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets with cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals, setting goals and coaching.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows yearly) for brand and pipeline impact.
• Oversee multi-million dollar events budget in partnership with Marketing and Finance.
• Collaborate with executives to plan high-visibility moments and ensure on-site success.
• Build and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks to scale with growth.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendors to maximize budget efficiency.
• Define and report on event success metrics and cross-functional impact.
