Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Director of Compensation & Total Rewards to lead our global rewards strategy with a primary focus on compensation. This leader will own our philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, incentives, planning, and market strategy while overseeing broader Total Rewards programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Compensation and Total Rewards with global scope.
• Expertise in philosophy, architecture, pricing, planning, and incentives.
• Strong analytics and business judgment to translate data into decisions.
• Experience influencing senior executives on pay strategies.
• Experience with executive and/or sales compensation preferred.
• Solid understanding of Benefits programs and stakeholder partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree and CCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global compensation programs and strategy (base pay, incentives, architecture, salary structures, planning).
• Lead global benefits and well-being programs ensuring competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
• Partner on budgeting, workforce planning, incentive design, and rewards decisions.
• Use market data, benchmarking, analytics to guide rewards decisions.
• Strengthen governance and compliance across reward programs.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Own Total Rewards analytics and reporting infrastructure for pay equity and ROI.
