Stanley 1913, based in Seattle, is seeking a Director of Compensation & Total Rewards to lead our global rewards strategy with a primary focus on compensation. You will own the compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, incentives, annual planning, and market strategy while partnering with senior leaders.

You’ll balance strategic vision with execution, guide governance, and drive analytics across programs to deliver measurable impact on talent and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Compensation and/or Total Rewards experience with global scope.
  • Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, market pricing, annual planning, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytics and business judgment to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience influencing senior executives on compensation strategy and complex pay decisions.
  • Executive and/or sales compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve global compensation programs and strategy including base pay, incentives, job architecture, salary structures, and annual planning.
  • Lead global benefits and well-being programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders on compensation budgeting, workforce planning, and rewards decisions.
  • Apply market-informed, data-driven approaches to rewards through benchmarking and analytics.
  • Strengthen governance and compliance across reward programs; drive automation and improvements.
