Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Global Clinical Strategy Development Director - VP Clinical Development to join a dynamic biotechnology team with a global remit in oncology and immuno-oncology. The role is remote and permanent, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

You will lead late-stage programs, guide MRCTs, and collaborate with regulatory and cross-functional teams to advance therapies toward registration on a worldwide scale.

Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in late-stage development, including Phase III trials.
• Proven track record leading or participating in MRCTs.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory and clinical development pathways.
• Therapeutic focus on oncology and immuno-oncology.
• Ability to make high-impact decisions in global clinical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead late-stage clinical development programs, including Phase III through BLA/NDA submissions.
• Oversee Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCTs), especially in the US and EU.
• Drive global clinical strategy to support product registration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory and clinical development pathways.
• Provide strategic input into therapies in oncology, immuno-oncology, autoimmune diseases, and other serious conditions.
• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
