Job summary
Immatics-US is seeking a Team Lead, Site Operations to act as the formal people leader for Site Operations personnel and to own design, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes across Germany and the United States. The role ensures compliant execution and optimal staffing for studies with cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in Clinical Operations, plus 4–5+ years in direct people leadership, and a strong background in ICH-GCP and regulatory expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years in Clinical Operations or related functions within biotech/pharma, with 4–5+ years in direct people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead Site Operations personnel and recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members.
- Manage team capacity, workload, and cross-study resource allocation in alignment with study priorities.
- Own and harmonize Site Operations and Clinical Operations processes, SOPs and training materials.
- Maintain expert knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements; support inspections and CAPAs.
