Job summary

IDR in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Director of Application Solutions to lead a global production support organization. You will drive L2/L3 support, establish governance, and own incident response across U.S.

and India with a strong focus on reliability. The role emphasizes reducing alert noise through automation, maintaining SLAs/KPIs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in production support/production operations in high-availability environments.
• Proven leadership of globally distributed teams; India-based team management experience is a major priority.
• Deep experience with major incident management, escalation, and RCA follow-through.
• Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools (Splunk/Datadog/Elastic) and incident/on-call platforms (PagerDuty/Opsgenie).

Responsibilities

• Lead global L2/L3 production support and follow-the-sun coverage (U.S. + India).
• Own operational performance: SLAs/KPIs, governance, playbooks, and execution discipline.
• Run major incident response: escalation models, war-room leadership, stakeholder comms, and post-incident reviews.
• Reduce alert noise/toil through process improvement and automation.
