JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead Alternate Payments Operations, owning end-to-end operational strategy, governance, and risk management for Kinexys and eWallet. You will drive scalability, regulatory compliance, and client-centric service delivery across a global platform.

The role partners with Product, Technology, Risk, and Finance to enable growth and innovation while maintaining strong controls and an exceptional client experience.

Competenze

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Payments Operations or related financial services operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end payment operations in a high-volume environment.
• Deep understanding of payment lifecycles, settlements, investigations, and controls.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and ISO 20022 messaging.
• Ability to scale operating models for new products and technologies.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audit management, and controls.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management with executives.
• Experience handling operational incidents and crisis response.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
