Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Sr Manager of Engineering Services to lead the corporate Engineering Services organization. You will shape phased improvement roadmaps, align with product development and manufacturing, and ensure on-time delivery for schedules and costs.

The role requires a strong background in RF/Microwave and a track record of managing cross-functional teams across geographic sites. Exceptional leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years related experience in RF/Microwave or similar high-tech industry.
• Experience with project management, problem resolution and tracking activities.
• Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Engineering Services sub-departments.
• Improve efficiency, quality and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement a global test system strategy for hardware and software.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Manufacturing on ECOs and change orders.
• Lead staffing, budget planning and strategic direction for Engineering Services.
