Job summary

Mini-Circuits seeks a Senior Engineering Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects across the Core Business Unit. The role emphasizes leading without formal authority, driving progress to deadlines, and aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.

You will coordinate with PMMs, PMEs, product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery, quality, and documentation for compliance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate at the right level of detail for ICs and executives.
• Demonstrated accountability and on-time delivery.
• Experience with project management processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with CBU PMMs, PMEs, product line managers and design engineers to drive projects.
• Allocate resources across departments to meet objectives.
• Drive execution progress to complete project objectives.
• Define project purpose, scope, milestones, and deliverables; document with a project charter.
• Track status using project tools and document progress, gaps, actions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet coverage and quality targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering Test to assign characterization and qualification resources.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance audits.
• Close projects according to procedures and guidelines.
