Job summary

Mini-Circuits, a leader in RF and microwave solutions, seeks a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical staff across US locations.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to understand requisitions, source candidates with strong engineering backgrounds, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while ensuring compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an HR or business field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience; engineering recruitment preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficient with professional networks and job boards.
• Ability to source for highly technical engineering roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end staffing requisition process, including postings and screening.
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Identify efficient sourcing methods and manage interview processes.
• Schedule interviews, present offers, and coordinate acceptances/rejections.
• Communicate job offers and incentives to final candidates.
• Oversee employment verification, drug tests, background checks, and start dates.
