Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in payments operations or related financial services operations.
• Significant experience managing end-to-end payment operations in high-volume environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Alternate Payments Operations organization with end-to-end operational ownership of Kinexys and eWallet globally.
• Define and execute the operational strategy to support growth, product expansion, and client adoption.
• Design scalable operating models and organizational structures for future-state payments capabilities.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and service level objectives.
• Own operational performance across processing, settlements, investigations, exception management, and client servicing.
• Ensure readiness for new products, features, clients, markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and workforce strategies.
• Maintain a strong risk and controls framework across all activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and control expectations.
• Lead issue management, remediation activities, and regulatory examination support.
