Job summary

The role spans Chicago and San Francisco, leading client-focused product solutions and strategic market initiatives across core payables and digital channels.

You will leverage deep payments expertise to align product roadmaps with customer needs, guide pricing and sales enablement, and partner with Product teams to drive innovation in API,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in treasury, cash management, or related product management roles with emphasis on treasury/finance.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale payments products and core payables/digital channels.
• Experience with ERP/treasury platforms including SAP and Oracle; cloud variants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and define optimal client-facing product configurations.
• Act as SME on defined products and industry trends.
• Support Sales with pricing, pipeline planning, and training materials.
• Engage client teams to understand pain points and feed Product with feedback.
• Function as SME across core payables products and digital channels and integration solutions.
• Enable sales partners and drive engagement on complex opportunities.
• Support client integration requirements, RFP/RFI responses, and product demonstrations.
• Provide market feedback to Product Managers on functionality needs.
