Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead sourcing, procurement, and materials management across the Aerospace Division. The role drives end-to-end strategies, improves OTD, optimizes working capital, and delivers cost productivity across a global multi-site footprint.

Key partnerships span Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Business Leadership to strengthen supplier performance and ensure resilient operations aligned to strategic priorities. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sourcing, materials, or supply chain within complex, global manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site, multi-business organizations with senior-level leadership accountability.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, materials planning, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in cost, delivery, quality, and working capital.
• Up to 40% travel required

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end sourcing and materials strategy across Aerospace plants, aligned to business, operational, and financial objectives.
• Lead a global organization spanning strategic sourcing, direct materials, inventory planning, supplier development, and materials management.
• Establish operating models, governance, and accountability across businesses while enabling flexibility where needed.
• Develop and deploy enterprise commodity strategies to drive cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation outcomes.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management for critical suppliers.
• Strengthen supplier development and partnership models, including dual sourcing, localization, and risk mitigation.
• Drive standardized materials planning and inventory management practices across sites.
• Accountable for On-Time Delivery, inventory turns, working capital, PPV, and material cost productivity.
• Partner with Operations for production readiness, new product introductions, capacity transitions, and demand volatility.
• Act as strategic advisor to Aerospace leadership on supply chain risks, trade-offs, and investments.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to support new product development and cost-to-design initiatives.
