Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. Global Partner Development Manager to own the partner lifecycle for HCLS ISV partners across the Americas. You will recruit, onboard, foster capability development, and drive revenue via co-sell motions, joint marketing, and AWS Marketplace acceleration.

This role blends cloud technology with healthcare innovation, leveraging cross-functional teams to expand market presence and partner-led growth. Strong relationship-building and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit HCLS ISV partners through networking and events.
• Develop executive-level partner relationships via regular business reviews and ongoing dialogue with partner leadership.
• Evaluate partner capabilities and market fit with AWS programs and APN paths.
• Execute joint marketing campaigns and co-sell motions to drive partner-led revenue and AWS marketplace growth.
• Support partner sales opportunities through deal strategy, proposals and negotiations.
