Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Sr. Global HCLS ISV Partner Development Manager to own the partner lifecycle for Healthcare & Life Sciences ISV partners across the Americas.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, capability development, and revenue growth through co-sell motions, marketing, and business planning with sales and industry teams. You will drive marketplace campaigns, evaluate partner capabilities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to accelerate partner-led revenue and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of business development or partnership management experience.
• Experience with setting up and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit HCLS ISV partners in target segments.
• Manage executive-level partner relationships through reviews and dialogue.
• Execute joint marketing campaigns and co-sell motions with partners.
• Support deal strategy, proposals, and negotiations to close revenue.
